Hey guys! I hope you are enjoying your Monday so far! I wanted to write a quick blog post about this sweater dress that I have been loving! Brad and I are still getting settled into our new place, and I have some new furniture arriving this week that I am super excited about! I just received my new vanity, so I’m about to spend the next couple hours putting it together…wish me luck! Back to the sweater dress…
ChicWish was kind enough to let me pick out a couple items on their website, and I knew I had to have this sweater dress when I saw it! Thankfully, it did not disappoint!
Sweater Dress Details
It’s a thick, heavy material so I was toasty warm, even though it was only in the mid 50s outside! It’s also super flattering on! It’s a very very very flattering dress. It comes in two sizes, extra small/small, and medium/large. I went with the medium/large. I’m usually a small or a medium in dresses. I wanted to make sure it was long enough for me, and the thought of buying a dress that was labeled extra small just didn’t make sense to my 5’8 frame. The fit was decent, so I was happy with it! I wish there was a small/medium option, because I think that would have been perfect for me! The medium/large is just a bit big, but because it’s a sweater dress, it still looks really good! I belted it at the waist to give me a nice hourglass shape.
I love the look of over the knee boots with a sweater dress, so I wore my favorite black pair! I love the pointed toe on these! They’re sold out but I’ve linked a similar pair below!
