The Best Versatile Dress

The best dress is a dress you can wear to any and every occasion. My most recent fave in the “versatile dress” category is this little guy, by Leith. It comes in 8+ colors at the moment, and they’re frequently adding new ones! Oh…did I mention that it’s on sale for under $30?! Yeah, it’s definitely a winner!

I recently bought this dress in the lilac shade, but I’ve had it in black for a while now! A few years ago I had a bachelorette party to attend on a Friday night, but I was working the closing shift at the department store where I worked. I knew I would have to rush over as soon as I was free, so going home to change outfits after work was out of the question. The dress code was a black dress of course, so I chose this one! I wore it to work with a blazer, and flats. After work was over, I ditched the blazer, threw on some heels, and was good to go for the bachelorette party! It definitely passed the versatility test for me!

Recently while I was browsing Nordstrom’s website (it’s a daily occurrence here), I saw that this dress was on sale, and in my favorite color! I have always loved purple, or more specifically lavender, so I knew I wanted it right away! The extremely low price tag made it a super easy purchase, and I’ve already worn it quite a few times! The length of the dress is great, it’s long enough to be professional, but not too long that you can’t wear it out to drinks with your friends. It does fit true to size, and it’s lined!

The color choices are great, and always so on trend. At the moment, they have a lot of pretty pastels that are perfect for summer, and during the fall they usually have it available in darker shades! I love the fun prints it comes in, I think the next time I purchase it (because there will definitely be a next time), I’m going to go for a print! This is the perfect versatile dress for summer!
